The form due March 2nd was updated February 16. A couple of stores will no longer be participating.
Both Hollywood Video and Uno's Restaurants are no longer available in the SCRIP program. Both companies are battling financial problems and we do not want you to get stuck with new gift cards. If you have older cards from these companies, please use them soon!
You can also receive SCRIP forms by email. Just email scchsscrip@yahoo.com, and I can email you the Excel and .pdf versions of the latest and greatest form.
